From the moment our long-tail boat veered toward Railay Beach, to drop us off in its glow from the setting sun, I felt like I’d stepped into a postcard. And for the five days we were there I felt like I was living in one.
I took soooooooooo many photographs but somehow they don’t quite do justice to the staggering cliffs, the rock jutting out from the aquamarine ocean, the way the light catches here – at any time of day, the caves, the beaches and of course the most stunning of views. All of it accumulated into the most picturesque place I have ever been to.
If it has been a thought of yours, or could perhaps become a thought, to visit Railay Beach, I would highly recommend that you do because it truly is like living in a postcard – just sayin’.
